care for him.

At the moment there is no reason as to why Jack died, throughout the pregnancy I had tests but
nothing was ruled out!
When Jack was born, he looked so perfect! I just wanted him to wake up.
We all miss him very dearly & we didnt want to let go. The funeral went very smoothly even after a
few probs that were shortly resolved.
I am glad my boy had a good send off!
